Appreciating home...
I am just enjoying being home. Annabel has gone to school some this week. Today was the last day of her antibiotic and we are holding our breath. Her uring is already showing something and her fevers are between 99.5 and 100.2 all of the time. I realize this is low but with Annabel it is an indication of something present. Much of the time her color is off, her energy level is low and she just looks bothered/uncomfortable. I am holding on to the positives that she loves her school. This is such a happy place for Annabel. In the picture above and below, Annabel's teacher was painting their foot to make a horse. Of course, then the foot washing that followed. The week before while Annabel was in the hospital they attended the rodeo.

Darn! Wanted to hear that Annabel is feeling at her best. Maybe another course of antibiotics is in order to really kick it. Praying!!!
Love you girls!!!
I do hope your little girl starts to feel better! The ups and downs has to be so stressful!
It's great that school lifts her spirits!
My sister is due to have a baby boy on my birthday, June 21. He has Trisomy 18. This will be her second baby with Trisomy 18.
So glad you're home, and she got to go to school! Emily has missed almost a month already and I am SO sad. :(
I so miss the days when I was able to offer you respite. I miss our time alone, the hugs and kisses. Being told not to rock her to sleep. I would so love to be able to offer you this again. Edie
