Between Annabel being in the hospital and May activities the month is flying by. Just thought I would show you Annabel's life when she is out of the hospital. These pictures are at Annabel's brother, Tyler, Yellow Ribbon gathering. This is pre-deployment get togethers for the families and informing us of the status of their deployment. The company was great and the food was wonderful.

The following pictures are of Annabel and Johnny. Johnny goes to the same facility that Annabel goes to for PT. Johnny has a special heart for Annabel as does Annabel for Johnny. When Johnny is walking down the hall with his walker, Annabel sits at the end and claps for him. He often tells her, "Clap for Johnny, Annabel" and she begins clapping. Since Annabel has been sick and not at therapy as often Johnny becomes very concerned about her. In their home is a photo of Annabel and Johnny on the coffee table. His dad said a few times this weekend he would just stare at her picture and then he would say "Bless your heart, Annabel". We never really know what is going on in these special little head of theirs...
Update on her surgery: It is finally scheduled for June 4th. She will be admitted on June 3rd to prep her bowel. We are so fortunate that her new urologist and the surgeon operating on her bowel have agreed to work together and we both available. She will now only have to be sedated one time and the dilation is a small procedure but would cause her discomfort, so since she will having pain medicine for the bowel this can be covered also. Getting this call today was an answered prayer. I feel very much at peace with what will be happening. Daily as I watch Annabel and her belly take on a life of its own, I am more convinced that this needs to take place.
God's timing for this I am grateful.
