Counting down the days...

Mom, enough pictures...

Just kickin' back with my Veggie Tales...

We should be on the downside of this hospital stay. Tonight should be four days of antibiotics, so hopefully only 3 more days. That means by Monday afternoon we could be home again.
Everything had been going so well until last night when she decided she wanted nothing to do with sleeping. Her tummy just developed a life of its own and finally at 3 a.m. the nurse called the doctor for some meds and an enema. She has been packing the food in but withholding it for herself. So either just backed up or something with trying to pass it back out. So this afternoon was x-rays of the tummy, c-diff cultures and checking for blood in stools. She didn't want much to eat today either. So we will see, I am just sure it is gas that needs to be gotten out or something very simple to take care of.
Other than that the kids come up to visit and that keeps me company. They know I am not much on hospital foods so Yes, of course, they bring me Jason's Deli!

I do hope this is only a minor setback, and that her tummy soon settles down. And that the antibiotic does its job and you're able to go home soon.

What a cutie! If you have to be in the hospital, at least do it looking stylish! And. Miss Annabel is looking very stylish!

I pray that you will make it home by Monday and that her tummy starts behaving itself! HUGS!!!

Thank you for stopping by my blog... I am so glad that I can touch others with my daughter's story. I wish the world would've had an opportunity to get to know her, she was such a beautiful baby and an incredible fighter.
I hope that Annabel can go home soon. It must be so difficult for her to be stuck in the hospital. She is very blessed to have you for her mother. I've been reading back in your blog a bit, and I look forward to reading more about your amazing little girl.

Isn't amazing what the have to offer kids no during hospital stays. I love her sitting in her wagon thing with lots of comfy covers and portable DVD player. every little bit helps for them to pass the time. She is such an inspiration...every time I hear a DR. mention Trisomy 18....I hink of Annabel and a wonderful miracle. God Bless your whole famil
